Each card says whether the piece exists in code today or is still a plan. Built means it runs in development, not that it is open to the public.
Built
Document intake and review
A document-reading AI model recognises faturas, receipts and statements and extracts date, vendor, amount and IVA rate. It was tested on real Portuguese receipts and faturas. Results wait in a review queue, and a receipt needs a date before it can be confirmed.
Built
Confirmed means locked
A confirmed receipt cannot be edited. Unconfirming it requires a written reason, so there is a trail of what changed and why. Deleted entries are hidden, not destroyed.
Built
Statement and spreadsheet import
CSV and XLSX imports skip the bank's preamble rows, cope with dot or comma decimals and thousands separators, and save the column mapping as a profile for next month. A whole import can be undone. Statement PDFs are read by column position, and where the statement prints balances the movements are checked against them.
Built
Monthly export for the accountant
One ZIP per month with income and expense lists formatted for Portuguese Excel and the original receipt files. Every export is recorded with what it contained.
Planned
The monthly dashboard
Income, expenses and profit for the month, a six-month trend, top clients, top expense categories and the receipts still waiting for review. This is the screen LanceLab is named for, and it is not built yet.
Planned
A roadmap decided by votes
Voting on feature cards already works inside the app. A public roadmap on the website, open to votes before sign-up, is planned. Bank sync, payment platform sync, multi-currency, a mobile app and help with IVA and Segurança Social will be built only if the votes show real demand.
